Case Studies

We Build Growth Systems. These Are the Results.

IntelAgent Media works across acquisition, CRM, automation and sales infrastructure to solve the constraints that prevent established businesses from scaling. These engagements show what that operating model can look like in practice.

Case Study 01

From Early Program Opportunity to a Scaled Growth Operation.

Cyberkraft Training Cybersecurity certification training provider Partnership launched April 2025 First campaigns April 2025 CRM deployed May 2025

The Opportunity

Cyberkraft entered the engagement as a newly approved Army Credentialing Assistance vendor. That approval opened access to a valuable education market, but access is not a growth system.

To turn it into scalable enrollment growth, the organization needed the acquisition, CRM, lead-management and sales infrastructure capable of reaching that market, qualifying its interest and converting it consistently. That infrastructure, not the approval itself, is what the engagement was built to create.

What IntelAgent Built

IntelAgent designed and operated the growth infrastructure end to end: campaigns generating demand, qualification protecting the pipeline, a CRM giving every lead an owner and a next step, and reporting connecting advertising spend to collected revenue. As volume grew, the sales organization scaled with it.

Case Study 02

From a Small Operation to $8M+ in the First 12 Months.

Cyber Brain Academy Career-focused cybersecurity education provider 2023 – 2024 engagement window

The Constraint

Cyber Brain Academy began the engagement as approximately a one-person operation generating roughly $120,000 per year. The constraint was not simply advertising.

The organization required a complete growth operation: one capable of generating significantly more student demand, and just as capable of managing and converting it once it arrived.

What IntelAgent Built

IntelAgent implemented the operating layer of the business alongside the founder: acquisition and CRM at the front, automation and appointment-setting in the middle, and the sales team, scripts, KPIs, SOPs, enrollment procedures and reporting dashboards that let a small organization run like a much larger one.

Implemented During the Engagement

  • Demand generation
  • CRM creation
  • Automated follow-up
  • Sales-team development
  • Sales scripts
  • KPIs
  • SOPs
  • Appointment-setting processes
  • Enrollment procedures
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Ongoing growth operations

Following its first-year growth period with IntelAgent Media, Cyber Brain Academy received the 2024 CompTIA Rising Star Award.

IntelAgent Media's role during that growth period included the marketing, CRM, automation, sales-development and enrollment infrastructure that helped Cyber Brain Academy scale its operation from a small education provider into a substantially larger training organization.

Case Study 03

Focused Scope. Measurable Enrollment Impact.

NGT Academy February – August 2026 Focused engagement

The Model

NGT Academy already had internal infrastructure. IntelAgent's role was focused on creating and delivering qualified enrollment opportunities into the systems the provider already operated.

This engagement matters because it demonstrates that IntelAgent does not need to operate the entire growth infrastructure to create value. When the operation is strong, a precisely scoped engagement can strengthen one function and integrate cleanly with everything around it.

The Pattern

Different Businesses. The Same Growth Principles.

Three different starting points, three different scopes, one operating philosophy. The same five principles ran through every engagement.

01 · Market Access Is Not Enough

Opportunity Requires Systems.

Opportunity requires systems capable of reaching and converting the market. Approval, eligibility or demand alone never produced the results; the infrastructure around them did.

02 · Lead Quality Matters

Volume Becomes Valuable Through Qualification.

Lead volume becomes valuable only when qualification and routing support the sales organization. Every engagement invested in deciding which prospects deserved sales time.

03 · Sales Infrastructure Matters

Marketing Ends Where the Pipeline Begins.

Marketing performance cannot be separated from what happens after the lead enters the business. Follow-up, appointments and sales process decided as much as the campaigns did.

04 · Operations Must Handle Scale

Growth Stresses Every System It Touches.

Increased demand creates new constraints if CRM, staffing, follow-up and reporting are not prepared. Scaling the operation was part of scaling the revenue.

05 · Data Closes the Loop

Every Cycle Informs the Next.

Acquisition, pipeline, sales and revenue information should continuously inform future decisions. Reporting was never an afterthought; it was how the system improved.

Engagement Depth

The Scope Changes. The Performance Standard Doesn't.

The three case studies demonstrate different levels of IntelAgent involvement, from operating the full growth infrastructure to strengthening a single function inside systems the client already runs.

Full Growth Infrastructure

The Complete Operating Layer.

These engagements included multiple connected components across acquisition, CRM, automation, sales and growth operations, designed, built and operated as one system.

Focused Growth Engagement

Targeted Strength, Integrated Cleanly.

IntelAgent can also strengthen a specific growth function while integrating with the systems the client already operates, with the same performance standard.
